Mary Heather Noble's writing is influenced by environmental issues and informed by her former career as an environmental regulator. Her work has appeared in Fourth Genre, Minerva Rising, The FEM, Quartz, and Utne Reader, among others, and has been honored with the 2014 Siskiyou Prize for New Environmental Literature, sponsored by Ashland Creek Press. She lives with her family in Vermont.
