Tim has taught at public and independent high schools and at universities in Massachusetts, Michigan, Ohio, and New Jersey. He currently works in the Writing Program at Rutgers University and lives with his family on the campus of The Lawrenceville School.His work has won a Hopwood Award and a Pushcart Prize, and his stories, essays, and poems have appeared in The Gettysburg Review, Colorado Review, Sycamore Review, Third Coast, Cicada, and other journals.He holds an undergraduate degree from Cornell University, an MA in English from Ohio State, and an MFA in Fiction from the University of Michigan.
