After receiving her MFA at UNC Wilmington, Stephanie J. Andersen has written extensively about motherhood and adoption as well as loss and redemption. Sustainability has become one of her latest focuses.
She teaches creative writing and composition at Reading Area Community College in Pennsylvania and serves her community as Director for Reading for 100. Her writing life is enriched by her roles as yogi, Zumba instructor and evolving cyclist and birdwatcher. She lives in Blandon, Pennsylvania with her husband, two daughters, two dogs, and one chatty bird.
