Sean Padraic McCarthy

A graduate of the University of San Francisco with a Master’s in Writing, Sean Padraic McCarthy has new work either recently published or forthcoming in Glimmer Train, The Ledge Poetry and Fiction Magazine, The Sewanee Review, The Greensboro Review, Hayden’s Ferry Review, From the Depths, Fifth Wednesday Journal,and Water~Stone Review, and his novel Where the Birds Go to Die was recently a named a finalist for the Black Lawrence Press Big Moose Prize. He currently works for the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health, and lives with his wife and children just south of Boston.
