Nahal Suzanne Jamir is an Iranian-American writer and teacher. She is currently a Visiting Assistant Professor of Creative Writing at Rollins College in Florida. Her writing has been recently published or is forthcoming in journals like Cincinnati Review, Gulf Coast, Hayden's Ferry Review, and Notre Dame Review. Her short fiction collection In the Middle of Many Mountains was published by Press 53. She obtained her Ph.D. in Creative Writing from Florida State University and her M.F.A. from Texas State University.
