Meghan Flaherty is the author of Tango Lessons (HMH).

She received her MFA from Columbia University School of the Arts in literary nonfiction. Her essays and translations have appeared in O Magazine, The Iowa Review, Psychology Today, and online at the New York Times, The Paris Review Daily, The Rumpus, Catapult, Asymptote, and elsewhere. She lives with her husband and two children in California, and enjoys purchasing vegetables in Romance languages around the world. She is a member of the Writer’s Grotto
