Mai Nardone was raised in Bangkok, Thailand, by an American father and a Thai mother. A graduate of Middlebury College and Columbia University, he has been awarded scholarships from the Tin House Workshop and the Bread Loaf Conference, and a fellowship from the MacDowell Colony. His fiction has appeared in American Short Fiction, Indiana Review, The Iowa Review, Kenyon Review Online, Slice, and the Tin House Open Bar. He is the brother of the writer Sunisa Nardone Manning, and he lives in Bangkok.
