Joe Donnelly is an award-winning journalist, writer and editor. He is currently Visiting Assistant Professor or English and Journalism at Whittier College.
His work has appeared in the Los Angeles Review of Books, Huck, Los Angeles Weekly, Los Angeles Times, takepart.com, Orion, The Surfer’s Journal, Washington Post, Detour, Treats, The Times of London, Montecito Journal and more.
Donnelly’s short story “Bonus Baby”, published in the spring/summer 2015 issue of Zyzzyva, was selected for the 2016 O. Henry Prize Stories Collection as one of the 20 best short stories of 2015.
