Jim Ross is managing editor and columnist for the Ocala (Fla.) Star-Banner and an adjunct journalism instructor at the University of Florida in Gainesville. His journalism and essays have been published in the St. Petersburg Times, the Gainesville Sun, Clockhouse Review, the Little Patuxent Review blog, Foliate Oak Literary Magazine and Paper Tape. He lives with his wife and three kids in Ocala.
