Gaurav Raj Telhan is an attending physician at George Washington University. He was chief resident at Columbia University, trained at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and graduated from UVA’s interventional pain-medicine fellowship. He was a Crispell Scholar at UVA and a recipient of a Smith-Shanubi Scholarship at the New York State Writers Institute. He is writing a book on the philosophy of medicine.
