Frances Park is an award-winning author of eleven books, including the memoir That Lonely Spell (Heliotrope, 2022) and the children's book Good-bye, 382 Shin Dang Dong (National Geographic Books 2002). Her forthcoming books include the novels The Summer My Sister Was Cleopatra Moon (Heliotrope 2023), Blue Rice (Vine Leaves Press 2024) and the children's book Grandpa's Scroll (Albert Whitman 2023). Her short fiction and essays have been published widely. For her work, she's been interviewed on NPR's Weekend Sunday Edition, The Diane Rehm Show, Radio Free Asia, and Voice of America.
