Ella Martinsen Gorham lives and writes in Los Angeles. Her short story “Protozoa” was selected for Best American Short Stories 2019. Her fiction has appeared in New England Review and ZYZZYVA, where she was featured as a First Time in Print fiction writer. She is at work on a collection of stories and a novel about ambition, the food supply, and the tension between the digital and physical worlds.
