Dylan Landis is the author of the novel Rainey Royal and Normal People Don’t Live Like This, a linked story collection. Her fiction has appeared in the O. Henry Prize Stories 2014 and in Bomb, Tin House and Best American Nonrequired Reading, and she has won a fellowship in fiction from the National Endowment for the Arts. Landis has covered medicine for the New Orleans Times-Picayune and interior design for the Chicago Tribune, and has written six books on decorating. She lives in New York City.
