Daniel Musgrave studied great ape cognition for nearly seven years, earning an MA in Biological Anthropology from Iowa State University along the way, before turning to writing. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri- St. Louis MFA program and his work has been featured inĀ The Missouri Review. As a part of TAF, he is currently working on a collection of essays and a novel, both of which focus on the interactions between human and animal worlds.
