Clare Thompson-Ostrander

Clare Thompson-Ostrander earned her MA in English Literature from the University of New Hampshire. She teaches writing at Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill, Massachusetts. Her stories have appeared in NECC's literary magazine, Parnassus, and she placed third in the Women on Writing Spring 2013 Flash Fiction Contest. Her story, "The Manual for Waitresses Everywhere," is published in volume 97 of Glimmer Train Stories. This is her first national print publication.
