Caitlin Kindervatter-Clark’s work has appeared or is forthcoming in the Washington Post, Alaska Quarterly Review, Antioch Review, MQR, and Prairie Schooner, where it received the Lawrence Foundation Award for the best story published in 2017. She is the recipient of a Steinbeck fellowship from San Jose State University and a Poe/Faulkner fellowship from the University of Virginia. She lives in San Francisco.
