Ariel Felton is a writer and editor with more than 8 years of experience in journalism, copywriting, and book publishing.

Her writing has been published in The New York Times, The New Yorker, The Progressive, The Washington Post, The Bitter Southerner, McSweeney’s, Atlas Obscura, Scalawag Magazine, Reductress, Savannah Magazine and more. Most recently, her essay “A Letter to My Niece” was listed as notable in “Best American Essays 2020.”

Ariel holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Valdosta State University and a Master's degree in writing from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
