Antioch's MFA program is a low-residency program.  We offer many genres such as fiction, creative nonfiction, poetry, and writing for young people.  Our Santa Barbara campus offers screenwriting and TV writing, playwriting, and writing for new media, Our program is based in Los Angeles and we have a strong social justice mission with a required field study.  We are the first low-residency program on the west coast. Our students may also study multiple genres.
