Amye Archer holds an MFA in Creative Nonfiction. Her memoir, Fat Girl, Skinny was a runner up in the Red Hen Press Nonfiction Book Awards and a finalist in the Next Generation Indie Author Awards. She is the author of three poetry collections, BANGS, A Shotgun Life and No One Ever Looks Up. Her work has appeared in Brevity, Nailed Magazine, PMS: Poem Memoir Story, PANK, and various publications. She is the creator of The Fat Girl Blog. Amye lives with her husband, Tim, and their twin daughters.
