Sophia Veltfort, from New York City, is a 2012 graduate of Yale University and Marshall Scholar. She graduated with distinction from Oxford University with an MSt in English (1900-present), and she is now pursuing an MA in Creative Writing (Prose) at UEA. Her work has won university prizes, placed as finalist in the 2011 Norman Mailer College Writing Awards, and been published in the Harvard Review.
