Rachel M. Hanson is a creative writer whose work can be found in The Iowa Review, Ninth Letter, Best New Poets, Juked, The Minnesota Review, American Literary Review, and elsewhere. Her work has also received notable mention in Best American Essays. She is the current Olive B. O'Connor Fellow in Nonfiction at Colgate University where she teaches creative nonfiction. Rachel holds an MFA from the University of Utah and a PhD in Literature and Creative Writing from the University of Missouri.
