Nicholas Montemarano

Nicholas Montemarano is the author of three novels and a book of short stories. His most recent novel is The Senator's Children (Tin House Books, 2017). He has published over forty short stories in magazines such as EsquireZoetrope: All-StoryTin HouseDoubleTakeAGNIThe Southern Review, and The Gettysburg Review. He has won a Pushcart Prize in fiction (2003) and four stories have been listed as notable in The Best American Short Stories (2001, 2002, 2005, 2006). He has received fellowships from the NEA and the Bread Loaf Writers' Conference and multiple residencies from MacDowell and Yaddo.
