Michaela Hansen

Michaela Hansen is a graduate of the Texas State University MFA program. Her writing has appeared in McNeese Review, Fourth Genre, and American Short Fiction. In 2017 she won the American Short Fiction Prize, judge by Lauren Groff, for her story “The Devil in the Barn.” Most recently she has been working on a novel. Michaela grew up in the Pacific Northwest and she calls Olympia, Washington home.
