Harmony Button

Harmony Button is a poet and teacher born in Rochester, NY who now lives in Salt Lake City, UT. After completing an MFA from the University of Utah, Harmony Button started teaching at the Waterford School, where she is the English Department Chair and incoming Academic Dean.

Harmony Button’s work has won the Larry Levis Prize, and has been nominated for Pushcart and Best of the Web awards. She is a contributing editor for Paper Tape Magazine, where she edits the “This Word Is” feature, and she runs an educational blog on writing across the curriculum for the Waterford School.
