Students can serve on the staff of Brevity: A Journal of Brief Nonfiction, Dogwood: A Journal of Poetry and Prose, or the Causeway

Cross-genre study

At least one workshop in another genre is required. Students may concentrate in dual genres. In special cases, you may do a combination thesis, but only if two faculty members agree to take on such a project.
