Elizabeth Dodd (MFA, PhD Indiana University) is a Distinguished University Professor in the English Department at Kansas State University, where she teaches creative writing (nonfiction, poetry), science & society, and environmental literature. She is the Nonfiction Editor at [Terrain.org](https://www.terrain.org/ "https://www.terrain.org"), an online place-based literary journal. Her most recent books are Horizon's Lens (University of Nebraska Press) and Dear America: Letters of Hope, Habitat, Defiance, and Democracy (co-edited with Simmons Buntin and Derek Sheffield, from Trinity University Press).
