Caroline Horwitz is a nonfiction writer living in Las Vegas. She has a B.A. from the University of Dayton and an MFA in creative nonfiction writing from Chatham University. Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, she has also lived in northern Kentucky, Pittsburgh, Spokane, and Alamogordo, New Mexico. Writer and reader of travel writing, nature writing, the personal essay, and memoir. Lover of the outdoors, animals, hiking, and exploring new places. Her work has appeared in various literary journals.
